Several years ago I had a life changing experience. I took a blogging course. I didn’t know at the time that it would lead to my passion for social media.

Now I’m helping companies to leverage social media to burnish their brands, increase their revenue, and engage their employees as brand advocates. I can help you to incorporate social media into your marketing plan to strategically reach customers, employees and other target audiences.

Professionals are connecting on LinkedIn, and companies are tapping into its job board to find great candidates. A speciality of mine is helping LinkedIn members write their LinkedIn Professional Headlines and Summaries to reflect their personal brands.

Want to write a blog and/or have a more powerful presence on LinkedIn, Twitter, or Facebook? Then maybe we should talk.

Of course, I also write annual reports, newsletters, websites, training materials, and other business documents. But, most often, these are being published online and going viral on the web.

I love these new communication channels. It’s amazing to me how much has changed.

Companies are mounting major marketing campaigns on social media.

Twitter is a swift current of breaking news where you can make connections and join in discussions.

As a blogger, I believe that a blog provides the opportunity for both large and small organizations to tell their stories – unfiltered by the media outlets that write about their companies, their products and services. Your blogs become an archive of your intellectual capital.

I began my career as a business reporter. This experience has enabled me to grasp complex topics quickly and simplify them in the conversational writing style of the Internet.

“I would be thrilled and privileged to serve as a reference in whatever way I can, Jeannette. I have the utmost respect for your abilities and have always been appreciative of the consummate professionalism you’ve brought to your work for our firm; it is a better organization due to your efforts for our professionals. And you can use that quote too!”

“We knew our internal communications could be improved – I was immensely impressed with your assessment of our current processes within the Affiliate and with the National Center. We’ve adopted many of your recommendations regarding employee communications and better use of our Intranet. I think your previous service as a Board member of AHA in New York helped to produce a very nuanced report of what you think we needed to do.”

Michael L. Weamer, CAE, Executive Vice President
American Heart Association

Jeannette Paladino is providing outstanding support for our social media program. Our clients have noticed, as one of them wrote to me, ‘I would kill to be able to write like that woman.’ ”
